Eytys deploys Madden Analytics to boost business analytics and inventory planning

May 28, 2021

Press Release

Eytys, the rapidly growing fashion brand based in Stockholm, Sweden, has in only eight years become one of the most renowned Swedish brands internationally. The brand is represented in their own web store, their concept stores in Stockholm and London, and at top-tier retailers around the world. Eytys launched Madden Analytics to empower their continued growth.

“We have worked with Madden Analytics since their early days, initially as a way to move away from complex Excel analysis. As we have seen their platform develop, we can now use it in more ways to improve sales, cash flows and profitability. It is a powerful tool giving a clear view of sales and product performance”, says Karl Popow, CXO at Eytys.

Madden has integrated online and offline channels to collect sales and inventory data in real time. Eytys uses the solution to track and follow up on product performance and inventory in all channels and to analyze longer-term historical trends and forecasts for assortment and buying decisions.

“As we are growing fast it is very important for us to always meet customer demand and not to end up with overstock. Madden’s Planning functionality makes it easy for us to create both detailed and aggregated forecasts that resonate with our budget, and quickly see what we need to buy and when. This is very helpful, especially for our carry-over assortment”, says Ellinore Erichsen, Business Controller at Eytys.

Axel Jacobsson, CEO at Madden Analytics, comments:

We’re proud to be able to help Eytys, as their ambition is much aligned with ours - to avoid overproduction while maintaining the best possible customer experience. We are thankful for the valuable feedback we receive from the team, and look forward to helping similar brands with similar needs ahead”.

Data is fetched from Eytys POS system Sitoo and e-com platform Centra, both of which Madden has plug-and-play integrations to. Integrations to additional systems are added continuously upon request for existing and new customers.
